4x5's and manipulated images

Here are some images made using several different techniques.   Eventually I want to be able to find a better way of putting up images then taking shots of them with a camera.

  1. the first one looks like it was taken with an electron microscope.

  3. God damn Dill, you make me rigid with excitement... I was going to press backspace and reword that, but I think it gets the point across great. The cyanotype especially hit me with a strange sense of familiarity, and then mystery.

You really put your heart into photography, it's clear as day. Don't let up on this mate, and remember your supporters when your fucking famous ;)

  5. Yeah the first one...wow. Not that the other ones are bad at all, but the first is very unique.
I still think taking photos of the prints is pretty awesome, but I know you'll change that eventually. :(

  6. The top most burnt heart appeals to me the most. They are all grand though, I like manipulated works.

  7. haha yeah I like that top one,
It's actually a picture of a oil drum, that someone used a stencil to spray paint a heart on... too random not to take a shot of, then I just used wax paper on top of the enlarger to get the frayed/burned effect
